This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between WEALTH INVESTMENT BLOCKCHAIN COMPANY LTD ("ValueZone," "we," "us," or "our") and the user ("User," "you," or "your") of ValueZone's services.

1. Scope of Services:

c) Executing trades on behalf of users across supported cryptocurrency exchanges.

2. User Rights and Obligations:

a) Users have the right to access and use ValueZone's platform and services following this Agreement.

b) Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using ValueZone's services, including those related to cryptocurrency trading and financial transactions.

c) Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including safeguarding login credentials and protecting against unauthorized access.

d) Users agree not to engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activities while using ValueZone's services.

3. Service Fees and Payment:

ValueZone's services may be subject to fees as outlined on our platform or in separate agreements. Users agree to pay all applicable fees promptly using the designated payment methods. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of access to ValueZone's services.

4. Service Term and Termination:

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. ValueZone reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to its services at any time for violation of this Agreement or for other reasons as determined by ValueZone. Upon termination, users must cease all use of ValueZone's services and may be required to close their accounts.

5. Limitation of Liability:

ValueZone shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of its services, including loss of profits, data, or interruption of business, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or not. Users acknowledge and agree that ValueZone's liability is limited to the fees paid for the services, excluding damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or unforeseeable circumstances beyond ValueZone's control.

6. Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual property rights associated with ValueZone's platform and services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by ValueZone or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from ValueZone without prior written consent.

7. Privacy Protection:

ValueZone collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using ValueZone's services, users consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ValueZone takes appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of user data.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in the United Kingdom, following the procedures established by the British Arbitration Organization. The arbitrator's decision shall be conclusive and binding upon both parties.

9. Miscellaneous:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between ValueZone and the user concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

ValueZone reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Agreement periodically for changes.

By accessing or using ValueZone's services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
